Submission of Purchase Orders

Purchase orders may be submitted by fax, email, mail, or in person. All purchase orders must be in writing or they will not be accepted. Please be sure to clearly specify any and all requirements and needs. Once submitted, all orders are considered final. Freight, restocking, and/or processing fees may apply to orders that are altered IF the change is possible.
